3-13-2010 It was a pretty quite night. But, by the time we got up it was raining. Around noon the sun came out and high winds. Wayne and I decided to talk a long walk with Sailor on the Island. We found the dump!! We walked to the old house that must have been destroyed in a hurricane. It’s at the other end of the beach and we walked back on the beach to where we came to yesterday. We sat in beach chairs about ½ hour just enjoying the breeze and the water. By this time, it was 2:30pm and lots of the boaters were coming down to the beach.
We went back to the dock and sat their talking to boaters and some were painting signs to put along the walls of the office building. Some put them along the path to the beach. You put your name of your boat and year you came to visit. It’s a cruisers thing. Kathy made drinks, and painted hers while we were talking to everyone.
I cooked tonight. Baked turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, cranberry sauce. L No pumpkin pie L.
I took pictures of Wayne petting the sharks in the dark. He wanted me to do it, but no way. Sailor didn’t like the looks of them either.
