Leaving Dublin River to Savannah, GA

Our alarm clock went off at 5:30am this morning. Wayne pulled Sailor out of bed and took a walkie at the ferry dock. I was up making coffee, and trying to find warm clothes again. BRRRRRR!! We left here at 6:40am this morning.
Almost 7am this mornings sunrise. WOW!
By 7:30am Wayne was calling Thunderbolt Marine and talking to the repair shop. We need 2 parts for the engine. A preheat syonriod and some kind of pump. The engine is hard to start when it's cold. Do I know what I'm talking about?, NO, anyway, we need these parts ordered. They will be here tomorrow.

See the black dot, that's us winding around the ICW. Sure is a calm day. The water looks like glass mirror.
refection is bright and flat calm.

Are they following us? Sailor has his eye on SunCat....

"FLIPPER"

We saw lots of flippers today. This one is at the bow.

A tug pushing a old Coast Guard boat to somewhere.

Curled up in his daddy's shirt, tired of all the Flipper Alerts!

We arrived earlier then we thought to Thunderbolt Marine.  The wind and tide helped out a lot today. We arrived at 3:30pm and fuel up and took a slip. Wayne talked to the repair shop and the parts are on there way. Everything should be fixed tomorrow. I went up and did a load of laundry and also did my hair. So, that stuff is done.
Bill and Peggy Krautwald

Bill and Peggy Kruatwald came over to check out Bum's Rest. Bill is a retied IBEW Electrician and now lives near Savannah.

Bill Krautwald and Wayne

We hope to catch up with them tomorrow in Savannah. Peggy and Bill gave me tips on where to go in the city.

We did our own thing tonight for dinner, called leftovers from last night. It worked. We are all tired.
