This is usually the marina where we stop in St. Augustine. It was full with the troller rally. We got to the bridge with 10 minutes to spare. They refurbished this bridge, and they are still working on it. It is open to car traffic now. They are ripping down the temporary bridge . It’s been like this for years. It will be nice not to see construction next time around.

Water was like glass all day today. The ICW snakes all around and straight in some places. Lots of boats on the water today. You can tell it’s Saturday. Lots of bass boats, speed boats , hot rod boats and jet skies. I drove the boat a few hours today, while ,Wayne, called different marinas and looking at different anchorages for the next week coming up. He was also reading up on the engine. Something with it starting up in the morning, he thinks it has to do with the glow plug and other stuff that’s related to it. Do I know what I’m talking about…..NO!.
We arrived early at Ft. George, I say 2:30pm. We anchored close to shore that Wayne rowed Sailor to land for his walkie. It gave him a chance to fool around and look at the problem with the boat engine,
I thought the ICW was busy today. This anchorage is BUSY. Most be a popular place to come on the weekends. People were fishing on the beach. At the end of the anchorage, when the tide it out, it’s lots of sand bars. Loads of boats, fishing boats, jet skies were up there. Few of the boats were stuck. Even tow boat US came to help.
Kathy’s turn to cook. Since Chuck and Kathy were real far away from us, they brought dinner over here. Chuck had his motor on his dinghy. She had made stew the other day, and had bread, salad, strawberries with angle food cake. YummY!!!!
Wayne took this sunset pictures…
