Picnic lunch on Bum'sRush

Today we packed the cooler up with lunch and decided to take the boat out again. We went on the bay side to the State Park Bahia Honda. Beached the boat, but it was high tide and still to much water. Sailor wouldn't be able to walk in the water. Plus it's only 70 today and we are wearing sweatshirts, Sailor would be cold.

This is in the Harbor of Bahia Honda State Park. We have had Bum'sRest here a few times on our sailing trips. We walked Sailor and had some lunch. I had to buy a T-shirt at the store, just had too!

Leaving the harbor now. Looking out to the new bridge is where we came under from the bay side. Now we are going through to the the ocean side where the old bridge is cut off. The ocean side ride back was very calm. We went to Burdine's to gas the boat up and then went back to the campground to take the boat out.

While Wayne rinsed the boat off, I brought the computer out to the screen house to try to upload the pictures. It seemed to work better outside.

blogging....

We went over to the little resturant here, Kyle's Inn, and had a light dinner. Then we walked the grounds twice before calling it a night.
