Leaving Ft. George to Jekyll Island

Wayne and I were up at 5:30am this morning. Wayne rowed Sailor over for his morning walkie. I cleaned up the boat and and made coffee. By the time he came back and put the dinghy up and pulled the anchor it was 7am.

Chuck had a hard time getting this one up, so we keep going. They'll catch up sooner or later. The ICW winds and turns so much here. We saw lots of dolphin's swimming around in circles. I think they are feeding on shrimp or little fishes. As we were getting closer to Georgia, it was getting windy and chilly. Crossing the inlet to Jekyll Island was ruff and cold. Out came more clothes. We arrived at Jekyll Island approx 3pm. We fueled up and pumped out. We are now tired to the T dock. Chuck and Kathy showed up within a half hour. We all took a walk to the Historic area with all the giant summer homes of the rich and famous from the 1860's to1920's. It's very interesting to see.

We put the dogs in there crates and came back to the Sea Jays Restaurant here in the marina. We had a great time.
