Through to March 4, 2010

3-2-2010 It was pretty calm in here today, so we took the dogs over to play in the shallows. Sailor and Jazzy have lots of fun and get full of sand. Road around in the dinghy, just so pretty. Just a lazy day. Kathy cooked tonight BBQ chicken, salad, potatoes, an chocolate cake.

3-3-2010 The wind was blowing pretty hard last night and this morning. It looks like we are right on top the rocks when the boat is turned this way. I took some pictures to show you all.  Then when the tide turns and the boat we look like we are almost on top of the sand bar.

Wayne went and volunteered today again, so I made some soup for dinner. Later Kathy and Chuck picked Sailor and Me up and we went to the beach across the way. The dogs had a blast again. When we came back I got to finish reading one of my books. Later on Kathy and Chuck came over for dinner.
I cooked homemade beef vegable soup, salad, Kathy gave me corn bread mix, I had the egg and milk and baked them up and she had pudding for us also.

3-4-2010.   The wind is blowing hard today and the temp has dropped, somewhere in the 60's. First thing this morning there was a loose dinghy on the shore. The people were lucky it didn't go out to sea from here and just stayed in the anchorage.

Sheet Music is the first boat, Bum's Rest is the third.
Around lunchtime Kathy and Chuck, and Wayne and Me dinghied over to the dinghy dock and we went for a walk to Boo Boo Hill. First you follow a path, then stepping on jagged rocks, then waded through water, back to a path, up the hill and again rock climing to Boo Boo Hill. Chuck and Kathy put our boat names, names and year on a piece of wood that Chuck found yesterday. You stick in the pile of others. It's suppose to make the ghost of lost souls happy.

I'm standing next to a blow hole, feel the air shoot straight up.

Coming down the hill we went over to the blow holes in the rock. When you stand over them you can feel the air blow out. It was really cool. Something new for me to see.
After we came back we exchanged books for new ones at the office. Wayne also bought internet again. Wayne wanted me to feed the birds sugar, so here are a few pictures of them. I don't know what kind of bird it is, but they are cuties.

Kathy is cooking tonight, Spaghetti and meatballs.
