At 9am. this morning we listen to the cruiser net on the VHF radio Channel 68. They start out welcoming all the new boats in the harbor and say goodbye to all who are leaving. They asked you where your are from and where your headed. They do the weather, update info about the area. Also, you can buy, sell or give away anything. The city marina is having a Christmas dinner, we signed up. We have to bring our own plates, silverware, drink and a side dish.
This moring Lori called and we skyped. It was fun to talk with them and Camryn was so cute in her princess dress. After Christopher came home from school we skyped again so we could talk with him.
We walked to the CVS to get my prescription and picked up some groceries from Pubilx. We went for the taxi to come back. It's only $5 for 2 people to go back to the marina. We were sitting on the boat when a dinghy pulled up. They said we have friends in Phila that said to look out for Bum's Rest and make sure you say Hi from Al & Patti on Full Circle in Phila. (Hi back, miss not seeing you guys on Full Circle.) Well, it was nice to meet Gerry & Davona, they have been here in harbor since October.
Kathy & Chuck did their own thing today and had dinner out. So, Wayne and I had leftovers from Porky's. It all worked.
